We have a dedicated after hours and weekend emergency maintenance team. If the emergency happens during those hours, they will assess the situation and dispatches the appropriate vetted contractor asap and notify your property manager. If it happens during normal work hours, your property manager will handle it and notify you accordingly.
We do thorough tenant screening and have an excellent track record of placing good tenants into the properties we manage. Every applicant undergoes credit, criminal background, employment, income, and prior-landlord verification. We then apply a grading scale to the applicant and make a written recommendation to you. Ultimately it is your decision to accept or reject an applicant.
Transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Our standard management fee is 9% of the monthly rent. We'll walk through every line item on your consultation call so there are zero surprises.
Yes — negotiation, signing, and renewal terms are handled end-to-end with your approval via the portal. We will make a rent increase recommendation and always try to keep your rent in line with the market.
We coordinate move-out timing with your return, complete a full property inspection, and have your home ready for you to walk back into.
